What will I study?
The CSA has three modules:

Module 1: Knowing your school
School organisation, structure, policies & procedures, delegation, monitoring, and administrative processes

Module 2: Working with people
Motivating staff, office roles, communication skills, interpersonal skills, managing change, team working

Module 3: Understanding your role
Managing information, data security and protection, information retrieval/searching, admin technology and performance management
